familiarity with information management systems and professional IT staff will be a
plus. The advantage will go to the candidate with an advanced degree in business or

interest in the areas of business, finance, economics and public policy. Some
private sector, for profit, entrepreneurial experience will also be a plus.

Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience, and relocation expenses may
